Westcliffe Publishers was recently acquired by Big Earth Publishing [see press announcement].  Big Earth's extensive experience in the midwestern book market should increase the availability of The Chicago River: A History in Photographs into even more booksellers in the Chicagoland area.  Westcliffe Publishers will continue to operate out of Englewood, CO and is still the primary contact for book sales.
A feature story outlining the exciting growth of Big Earth Publishering was just printed in an August 2007 issue of
Publisher's Weekly.

3) The book is now distributed to most Chicagoland bookstores.  If you don't see it at your local bookseller, please ask if it can be ordered or simply purchase online!

4) The book is also available online via Chicago River Canoe and Kayak!  This organization, which rents canoes and kayaks along the Chicago River, is one of the best ways for Chicagoans and visitors to explore this amazing waterway, and sales from their site help to support this wonderful project!
